completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the
item within 30 days for a complete refund (for the full merchandise
amount less
shipping charges) or exchange.
Returns must be shipped prepaid. Sorry, no freight
collect packages will be accepted.
For refund, all items must be clean and in resalable condition with
original
manufacturers packaging. We appreciate a description of
reasons for the return of the merchandise.
OUR WARRANTY:
Talon warrants all merchandise against defects in material or workmanship for a period of 90 days from date of purchase unless otherwise stated (lifetime in some cases). This warranty shall not apply to any item where defects have been caused by improper customer assembly, failure by customer to follow instructions, product modification, negligent or improper operation. Defective items must be shipped prepaid.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
Talon's liability shall be limited to the repair or replacement of defective products in accordance with Talon limited warranty. Talon shall not be liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages for breach of any warranty, expressed or implied, directly or indirectly arising out of Talon's sale of merchandise, including failure to deliver any merchandise, or arising out of customer's installation or use, whether proper or improper, of the product, separately or in combination with other equipment, or from any other cause.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
International orders are processed in the same manner as domestic orders above for all methods of payment.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & HANDLING:
Shipping is via courier or postal service, depending on size and weight of package. Online order shipping rates are estimates based on average international shipments. Those rates are added to your order to give you an estimate of the overall cost. Talon will apply actual shipping charges to all international destinations. Some courier shipments to international destinations may require a certificate of origin. Talon will provide a certificateof origin at no cost.
