Can I pay by check or COD?
Please call or email us with your order. We will give you a total so you can
mail us a check. Sorry, no C.O.D.'s.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can. Please call or email us to cancel as soon as possible. If your
order has been shipped, we will give you instructions on how to return it.
Will I be charged sales tax on my purchase?
Currently we do not charge for taxes from any state.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We strive to ship all orders within 24 hours of processing, but some orders
may take a little longer due to delivery times of products coming in to our
warehouse. USPS Parcel Post or UPS Ground delivery should take 2-7 days depending on location. Priority shipping takes
3-4 days for delivery and Express shipping to most locations delivers
by next day.
Can I have an order shipped to my P.O. Box?
Yes, please use the USPS Parcel Post or USPS Priority mail.
Can I ship my order to a different address?
Yes. To prevent fraud, additional verifications may be required.
SHIPPING (U.S. & Canada):
Orders received via fax, phone or internet by 3:00 p.m. Eastern
Time (12:00 p.m. Pacific Time) Monday through Thursday and
clreared through your bank will be shipped the same day in
most cases. Orders received Friday, Saturday, or
Sunday will ship the following Monday (except on holidays).
Orders requiring a personal check, money order, or bank draft
will be shipped upon receipt of funds.
Shipping charges are based on shipping method selected, weight of purchased items, $ amount of purchase and distance.
Canadian customers instead of paying International Shipping Rates will pay US Postal Service
Rates for Canada and will receive shipments by Air Mail. TalonDepot will apply actual shipping charges to all Canadian destinations.
